this is my mothers necklace, it is a strung up group of small plastic shells, it can be used to portray my lost Samoan heritage, my mother never knew her real father, and he was Samoan, so this has real meaning for me, with my board being alot about who i am, i think that it says a lot about not being brought up with the stereotypical Samoan/Maori lifestyle, which then shows how i am today. it is just another piece of me that makes me who i am.

this first image shows a new object. this is my grandfathers greenstone, when i told my mum about my folio
she instantly thought of this to be in it, and when she told me about it, it instantly became more special to me,
my grandfather isnt allowed to wear it because it is broken, and i thought that the broken shards that came with it would also be a good add-on to the  meaning.

this second iimage is a close up on my grandfathers greenstone.

HELP!?

T his is just an idea that i have for the next group of photos, after leadership camp i was left thinking about alot. i came to the realization that i want to incorporate some negative stuff to my folio. NEED HELP

HELP AN OLD FRIEND OUT?!?!?!?

I think i need to introduce new colors and textures to my folio so i think that i may need to use some more diverse materials and also i think that i need to start bringing in more objects to shoot as i think this will dramatically increase possible ideas and can also help me extend my horizon with the objects that i am using now. Please, if you have any other ideas, tell me, and i will most definitely take them into consideration. THANK YOU(:
